The equipments have as an optional a RS232 serial port comunication that can be connected on a pc or in a network with an adaptor. This comunication makes possible to monitor simultaneously each technical variable of the equipment and of the line (about 50 variables). For example: the i/o voltage measure of every phase with each phase, the current measure of each phase, the frequency, satages of operation in each phase, event messages, status and data of the equipment.

Users and energy supply managers can interact with the equipment by distance with a password for functions like: activate the by-pass mode, return from the by-pass mode to the normal operational mode and turn off/on the equipment.

The software uses a database to record all event logs for future analysis.
